Map data and push to BambooHR: Review BambooHR's API documentation here. Authentication is an API key sent over HTTP Basic auth, and every request is permissioned as the user the key belongs to. There are open source tools like PyBambooHR to help you interact with their RESTful API. You'll need to figure out record lifecycles: what happens when employees join, leave, change names, etc.
